This was our 1st time using Mark for a return trip to Manchester Airport.Mark arrived promptly and helped us with our luggage, checking we had our passports with us. We chatted all the way to the airport - a lovely, friendly, atmosphere. Our flight back was delayed, but as soon as we landed Mark rang us to confirm where we were to meet so there was no guesswork. Whilst in Sharm El Sheikh we were advised by our Thomson Rep that we would return home to Birmingham Airport instead of Manchester Airport.
